Earthwise Packaging ™ offers a low price guarantee. Should you have an invoice or quote dated within the last six months with a price that is lower than Earthwise Packaging ™ for a comparable product, the following discounts are offered:
5% discount on products manufactured in the USA
2% discount on products manufactured abroad
Comparable products are defined with approximate diameters, heights and volume. The product does not have to be identical. Please call our sales associates or distributors with any questions.

Earthwise Packaging ™ will not accept any returned product without a prior Return Authorization Number. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive your RGA Number. The customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Custom colors are not returnable unless the product is defective. All returns must be made no later than 90 days from the ship date.
Cancellations may only be accepted prior to effective production date.

All claims for shortages must be made within 30 days of invoice. All claims for defective parts must be made within 60 days of invoice.

The customer must determine the correct use of the product and assumes the liability arising from its use. The customer agrees to indemnify Earthwise Packaging ™ from such liability. Samples of the products are available upon request.
